MECHANICAL SAFETY : Firing will not
take place unless the stop safety is raised again by pressing
the Trigger. This is mechanical safety.
APPLIED SAFETY : There is another safety
device to maintain safety when the Revolver is not in
use. Push Safety Block towards left side so that alphabets
on the applied safety is visible. The Hammer is locked.
Now the Revolver is in safe position. The firing
will not take place through the Trigger is pressed.
Safety Precautions
:
The Hammer should not be pulled
back (cocked) unless required to be fired in single action.
The Applied Safety should be
set to safe position before loading and unloading of round
in the cylinder.
Applied safety should always remain
applied when a loaded weapon is not required to be fired.
