1. Forms for applying a new Arms Licence:

   a.	Form for application for an Arms License (to be applied in duplicate) i.e. Form A
   b.	Form for depositing Licence Fee. i.e. Challan Receipt (Instead of 32-A Challan Form used previously.)
   c.	Licence Copy i.e. Form III (Currently not available)
   d.	Form for Police Report

a.	For taking delivery of Arms and Ammunition on behalf a licencee
b.	For carrying Arms for Repairs on behalf a licencee.
c.	For carrying Arms for Sale on behalf a licencee. (Currently not available)
d.	For renewing Arms Licence on behalf a licencee.
e.	For purchasing Ammunition on behalf a licencee



3. Indian Ordnance Factory (IOF) Arms Booking Forms:
   
   

a.	.22 IOF Rifle Booking Form
b.	.22 Revolver Booking Form
c.	.32 IOF Revolver Booking Form
d.	.32 IOF Pistol Booking Form (Presently available on counter from the Gun & Shell Factory, Cossipore)



4. Affidavit (For the Sale of Arms/ Ammunition)
   
5. 45- Days Sale Notice. (Mandatory under Sec 5 (2) of Arms Act 1959 before selling your personal weapon)
   
6. Sale Certificate
   
7. Application for Entry of Weapon in Arms License
